Each year, as the seasons change, we want to ensure that your irrigation system is properly taken care of. This means starting it up for the springtime, making sure it is shut down for the winter and everything in between.


Spring Start-up

Completed from March – May

A Spring Start-up Includes:

  • Turning on water supply
  • Checking backflow device and system piping for leaks
  • Checking all heads for proper adjustment
  • Removing overgrown grass on sprinkler heads
  • Setting timer for efficient watering (for the current time of year)

Winterization Services

Completed from September – November

Winterization Service Includes:

  • Turning off water supply
  • Drain all excess water from pipes
  • Turn off timers

IRRIGATION SYSTEM SERVICE RATES

Service call: $95.00 + tax (includes first ½ hour of service) – The fee included with your service helps to cover all costs as well as fuel, insurance and travel time to your residence.

Tech rate: $60.00 per hour (in 15 minute increments)

Assistant rate: $40.00 per hour (in 15 minute increments) We occasionally send out an assistant with our technicians; only when we feel that they truly need the extra hand. The good news is that you’ll often save money in this instance because we charge a lower hourly rate for the help and two men can get the job done in less time than one.

*We measure our hours in quarter increments in order to benefit our clients. If we only work for 15 minutes, you only pay for 15 minutes. We are a strong proponent of trust so it’s that simple.

Spring Startup Charges:

  • 1-3 Zones are $95.00 + tax
  • 4-6 Zones are $105.00 + tax
  • 7-9 Zones are $120.00 + tax
  • 10-12 Zones are $135.00 + tax

 

  • 13-15 Zones are $150.00 + tax
  • 16-18 Zones are $165.00 + tax
  • 19-21 Zones are $180.00 + tax
  • 22-24 Zones are $195.00 + tax

Winterization Charges:

  • 1-3 Zones are $70.00
  • 4-6 Zones are $75.00
  • 7-9 Zones are $80.00
  • 10-12 Zones are $85.00

 

  • 13-15 Zones are $90.00
  • 16-18 Zones are $95.00
  • 19-21 Zones are $100.00

We create enough time slots on our schedule to accommodate our customers and plan efficient staff route sheets to make sure we are available when you are. SERVICE: WHEN & WHAT TO EXPECT

 


  • We require that someone be home at the time of service to improve communication and allows for us to serve you even better. Also, we can estimate the cost of repairs and have the homeowner approve the work prior to completion, so there are no surprises waiting for you when you get home.
  • If it is not possible for someone to be home, the startup, service call or winterization must be prepaid. If repairs are necessary, a quote will be provided but will not be completed until written authorization is received.
  • Payment is due at the time of service. All of our technicians will be able to take payment by credit card through their laptop computer. If you are unable to pay at the time of service, we are required to reschedule your appointment at another time that is convenient for you.



These services  will be scheduled in three time slots:

  • 8 a.m. – 12 p.m.
  • 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
  • 12 p.m. – 5 p.m.
