For some companies this is just lip service. American lawn Irrigation fully believes in the importance of the term “operated”. EVERY FACET OF OUR BUSINESS HAS A FAMILY MEMBER INVOLVED IN IT. The office, the service department and the new installation department all have family members ensuring the best interests of our customers.

2. DETAILED AND COMPLETE ESTIMATE

A site visit with the owner of the property is very important. There are many details which affect the way a system is designed and installed. Access to the water service, landscape changes, decks, fences, patios, pools, sheds, etc. all create challenges that are easily handled when we can meet with you on-site. This allows us to give you a complete estimate that will include NO surprises.

3. THE DESIGN OF THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM

Each estimate you receive can have the same total of heads and zones and even the same price. Apples to apples right? Well, the layout can have same number of heads; however improper placement can result in an inefficient design. The best equipment, installed perfectly, but in the wrong place will result in a poorly performing sprinkler system. This directly results in higher water bills and/or dry spots.

4. RELIABILITY AND PROFESSIONALISM

American Lawn Irrigation is dedicated to returning phone calls, showing up on time and delivering the best service possible. We have full time office staff to return calls and schedule appointments. We make reminder calls the day before an appointment. Our technicians arrive in a properly outfitted vehicle, dressed in a professional uniform and with the knowledge and skills necessary to get the job done. Most importantly, if we say we are coming on Thursday, we actually show up on Thursday.

5. QUALITY OF SERVICE AFTER THE INSTALLATION

Many contractors are more interested in installing new systems than fixing existing systems. American Lawn Irrigation has a full service division with technicians employed for the sole purpose of fixing problems. Our growth as a company is based on how well we respond to the needs of our customers year after year after year. Most of the people for whom we installed systems in the beginning are still with us more than a decade later.

6. FIVE YEAR WARRANTY ON PARTS AND LABOR

In the process of receiving estimates for a new sprinkler system you will probably notice that most of us contractors use the same products; Hunter or Rainbird rotors, sprays and timers. We have often wondered why our competition would only give a 2 year guarantee when most of the products they are installing have a 5 year manufacturer guarantee. Because we have great confidence in these products and the way in which we install them, we feel it is our obligation to pass this on to you.
